Refund and Returns Policy

OUR POLICY (U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY)
From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 30 days to fall in love. If you decide your purchase is not right for you, initiate your return by contacting sales@kaylamaydesigns.com for a return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
Please note, your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. $20 is charged for returns shipped from the US and $30 for all other countries. Orders outside US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
There is a $12.50 return fee deducted from returns to original payment method, and a reduced $5 return fee if you opt for STONE AND STRAND shopping credit.

We will not accept any returns that are shipped back without a label we’ve provided or haven’t been initiated in our Returns Center. 
EXCLUSIONS
Returns are accepted for the majority of our products, with the exception of the following:
  • Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale within the Additional Product Information section on the product page.
  • Sale items: Any item purchased at a discount of 50% or greater will be considered final sale
  • Personalized jewelry: Any custom, monogrammed and engraved items.
  • Made to Order Jewelry: Any special, custom or made to order products
  • All Piercing Earrings purchased online.
  • Gift cards
Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase. 
Refunds take approximately one to two weeks to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
We’re really proud of our extended return period, and to ensure we can continue offering this to our customers, we do monitor returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and future orders potentially refused at our discretion. 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At this time, as we are unable to ship internationally, all orders purchased by customers who live overseas are considered final sale. We’re so sorry we can’t accept returns from our international customers. We’re a fledgling start-up, but as we grow, we’ll do our best to make this happen.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
